How is Qixit Pronounced?

Qixit™ is pronounced exactly the same as "KICKS IT."  It is not "kwicks-it."  Please keep that in mind if you decide to enter our video contest! 

Who can enter the Qixit contests?

Anyone 18 or older can sign up for a free Qixit™ email account. It takes about 2 minutes and you're done. Right away you'll start getting the bonus coupons, freebies and other offers, plus you'll get paid for those emails coming in your inbox!

Best of all, you will continue to receive great offers, and payments, as long as you actively use Qixit! That's how Qixit™ makes every day a payday for you!

One thing you won't get is unwelcome spam. Qixit never shares your personal information with anyone, and if any company wants to send you a message, they have to pay YOU to do so!

The Double Your Paycheck Contest and the Paid Spokespersons Contest are ONLY open to Qixit users. Since Qixit is free and there is NO obligation to buy anything, we figure this is about as easy as it gets. Anyone (who's at least 18) can get a free Qixit email account, and anyone with a Qixit account can enter the contests.

How do I get the $30 of Free Money?

Everything starts once you sign up for your free Qixit™ email account, Qixit will immediately begin depositing money in your email account.

You'll receive a series of welcome emails from Qixit, some hints on how to get the most money out of your Qixit™ email account, and some initial advertiser emails. Of course, every ad will pay you!

We anticipate that every new member will receive at least $5.00 in offers within the first month, and some will receive even more.  And the longer you use Qixit, the more you will make!  Over the course of a year, you can earn hundreds of dollars! Your actual earnings will depend on your interests and interactions with Qixit.  The more you use Qixit, and the more you buy through Qixit, the more valuable you will become to advertisers and the more you will make.

A second way to make $30 is to just refer six or more friends by telling them how Qixit pays you for your emails! We make earning referral commissions so easy: Your Qixit ID is also your affiliate ID -- now how simple is that!? So when you tell your friends about Qixit and they sign up through your affiliate link, you'll immediately begin to earn a weekly commission on every referral, that's five percent of the first $100 each of your referrals earns!

How can I win the Double Your Paycheck Contest?

This has to be the easiest contest ever! There are only two things you have to do to qualify:

1) You must have a free Qixit™ email account to participate. This contest is for Qixit members only. Qixit is free, and there is no charge or obligation to buy anything if you want to participate.

2) Once you sign up for your free Qixit™ email account, the next step to be part of the Double Your Paycheck contest is to go to your Facebook and/or Twitter account. You can use both if you like. Here's what to do. Go to EITHER or BOTH Facebook.com and/or Twitter.com (both are free) and do the following. If you do both, you will double your chance of winning!

A) If you choose to post the message on Facebook:

(1) Click Here and become a "fan" of Qixit.

(2) Then go to the Qixit Facebook Application here, become a fan of the application and click the Sign Up Button. This will allow you to easily access your Qixit email from Facebook.

(3) Finally, to your own Facebook home page and post the winning phrase on your wall: "Sweet! My new Qixit.com email account pays me for all the emails I get -- and it's free!" followed by your Qixit.com username address. Example:

. . . but substitute your Qixit User ID for Johnj21, of course!

B) If you choose to post your message in Twitter:

Fill out the above form to automatically be registered in our contest at the same time as you tweet: "Sweet! My new Qixit.com email account pays me for all the emails I get--and it is free! Worth checking out at http://www.Qixit.com."

You MUST leave the follow @Qixit box checked.

If you like, you can also tweet another message about you Qixit account that includes your referral link so you can earn referral money. It might be something like this, substituting your Qixit ID where shown:

That's it. The 26 winners will be randomly selected from the Qixit™ members who participate.

Once we select the winners and verify you took the steps above (either through Facebook or Twitter), you'll be notified through your free Qixit email account to claim your prize. . . pretty darn easy, huh?

What if I don't have a Facebook or Twitter account?

Just like Qixit, they're both free, so if you don't have one, go to Facebook.com or Twitter.com and just sign up.

Since Qixit™ is an online program, the only way to earn any money through Qixit (including our contests) is through your Qixit email. The only ones who can enter the Qixit contests are Qixit members, so the only way to participate is to do it all online. Hey, even libraries have free computers and Internet access now, so you don't even have to have your own computer to join in the fun!

What do you mean by Double Your Paycheck??

Did you take home $150 from your job? Qixit will send you another check for $150. $400? You get another $400. . . all the way up to $1000 we'll match dollar-for-dollar for the grand prize. And we'll pay you based on your take-home pay (your net), so that means more in your pocket now (you are still responsible for your own taxes at the end of the year).

How do I land one of the jobs as a paid spokesperson?

This is one we're really excited about. You see, we need real Qixit users who can get others excited about Qixit, too! This isn't like old-school "spokesperson" positions!

We figure we need at least 10 different people -- different faces, voices, personalities -- to tell the Qixit™ story in their own words. And, rather than use phony paid actors, we want real people who are using Qixit. So how do you get picked for the job?

We came up with the idea of having Qixit members send in a short video (about a minute) of yourself, telling why you think Qixit is cool. No big production -- just hold your phone or camera up (or set it on your desk) and go! Or have your roommate help. . . we want to see and hear you!

Be enthusiastic, go over the top if you want. Sing it if you want (your own creation, that is, don't rip off Bono or anything). You can tell a riddle or joke. . . or just talk. Oops! Gotta keep it clean, though!

Now here's where it gets fun. We're going to post your video online at www.Qixit.net and let people digg it through digg.com.  We encourage you to get your friends, classmates, and anyone else you know to go digg your entry.  (You'd get them to vote if you were on American Idol, wouldn't you!?).  Go for it!  The top 10 vote getters will then be offered paid positions to make videos for us!

How can Qixit™ pay me for emails?

Actually, we make the advertisers pay you. Sure, we charge them a set up fee and a percentage of what they pay out (hey, we've got programmers who need to eat!), but 85% of their ad dollars go to you. And that's how we think it should be. . . after all, it's your attention they want, so why not have them pay you for your time?

That's so different from the way email or advertising has ever been done!

Yep, and we think Qixit™ may even be a little bit revolutionary! Now granted, we don't have a ton of advertisers yet. . . so you're kind of on the leading edge of this revolution.

The biggest advertisers will want to see millions of people using Qixit™ before they begin to divert the millions they are pouring into Super Bowl ads into money in your pocket.  But we don't have to compete with the Super Bowl to bring you great ads from great companies who are on the cutting edge in customer relations. 

Qixit™ offers these companies a great new way to show their respect for your time by paying for your attention.  That's the best way to start a conversation with you. . . and Qixit helps them do that. How do I actually get paid for my emails??

The way it works is fairly simple. For the first month, you will receive five cents per ad you see.  During this time, the system is learning about which types of ads most interest you so we can better target ads in the future.  After the first month, you can different rates for different ad categories.  That also helps to determine which kinds of ads you will receive.

It's like you are a celebrity and we're your agent.  You get 85% of the delivery fees we collect for you, and we get 15%.  And because we want both of us to make more, we're always looking for ways to increase your value to advertisers.

All the money you receive money goes into an account and you can use it to buy things online or, after you have at least $10 in your account, you can have us send you a check.
